Questions

What is the minimum order?

100 pcs per design. Prices are shown for 100, 200, 300, 400, 500 pcs; for larger runs we quote separately.

Can different staff names share one order?

Each name is its own design, so each needs at least 100 pcs. Tell us how many names in the details box and we’ll quote the full set.

What is the difference between gloss and matte lamination?

Gloss is shiny and makes colours pop; matte is smooth with no glare and feels more premium. Both protect the card from moisture and scuffs.

What are sugar, CPP and feather lamination?

Sugar has a fine sparkling grain, CPP is a tough, clear high-shine film, and feather is a velvety soft-touch finish. All are applied to both sides.

What is Spot UV?

A raised, glossy varnish applied only to chosen areas — usually your logo or name — on top of matte lamination, so those parts shine and feel raised.

What file should I send?

A print-ready PDF at 90 × 54 mm with 3 mm bleed is best. For Spot UV, include a separate black layer showing where the gloss goes. Not sure? Send what you have and we’ll check it.
